These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StrikeOps website at www.strikeops.ai(the “Site”), operated by StrikeOps Inc. (“StrikeOps”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is informational. Access to and use of the StrikeOps platform is governed by a separate written agreement between you and StrikeOps, not by these Terms.
Use of the Site

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the StrikeOps marks, and software, are owned by StrikeOps Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikeOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site.
